       Okay, new layout. Again. No more robots, no more trees. Journal and flowers... yes. I'm going a little mad with my layout obsession. Hopefully this one will stay up for a while. Feel free to give me your feedback. Actually please give me your feedback.

Phew, Layout

       Phew, so I am momentarily satisfied with the new layout. It's just as simple, and roboty as I wanted, and the colors are perfect. Just a touch of red, and cream, with white and black.

       So yesterday, I ate Thanksgiving with my boyfriend, who by the way bought me flowers AGAIN, and his family. I met his grandmother. She's this 70 year old, botox getting lady, with high healed black boots. I don't like the botox part of it, but she was awesome. We talked about astrology, and she's like yeah "we'll most likely get along if you're a Taurus". She a Virgo, and Virgo and Taurus are both earth signs. I stayed over. I slept in my lover's room, and he slept in the basement. We actually got to bed at like 6:00 am though. Haha. I stayed up making the layout, and he was strumming away at his plastic guitar (Guitar Hero 3). We did have a huge argument though. It began with us playing a card game, and having differing opinions on what do to if you accidently flip over the card you're supposed to pull on your next turn. He said you're supposed to put it on the bottom of the deck, and I said, hell no, I just won't draw next turn. Now our friend is over. It's band practice, only Brad's playing the plastic guitar while sitting on his ass, and Tim (the friend) is in the garage playing his real guitar...by himself. Lol.

       Cool so I just wrote a new blog entry, and for some reason it didn't upload, and now it's completely gone. Too pissed to rewrite it. Whatever. So the gist of it was, new layout, might fix the main image. Eating a post Thanksgiving dinner at my boyfriend's.

       I know that no one is particularly distraught about this, but I feel that I have been writing the shittiest blogs lately! Lol. I am sorry about this. It's just that I've been very busy with school work... or I've been busing contemplating my schoolwork anyway. Like seriously, whenever I blog, I rush--I'm doing it now! I will try to write better blog entries, or wait until I have time to write one. Okay, goodbye.

       New layout, what do you guys think? I love something about it, but I'm still not completely satisfied. I've got to edit the Project section on the writing page.. oh and finish doing the Lace page. Okay well I'm gonna get cozy and read some Harry Potter #7.

       It's been a while since I last blogged, considering I usually blog pretty often. Basically I've been working on a new layout. I'm really liking how it's turning out. Um, my boyfriend and I are doing super...and I'm not one to use the word super, lol. Tonight I'm going to my school's play. They are doing Noises Off. I was in theater last year, and got work on the set. It was awesome, I even wanted to be a director for a while afterwards. But then I realized that being a successful director is even harder than being a writer. I just love really tough careers, huh? I used to want to be a singer. Ha. I can't sing for shit. ANYWAY, I'm gonna go do something productive now, like work on the layout. Woot.

       You can see progress with the new layout in the about page. I just saw something on the news about some guy getting shot over and over again with an electric gun or something by the Canadian police. Did you guys hear about that guy that protested during a speech by Keri, and how he got tasered a shitload? I saw it on Youtube, and I cried, he was begging them to stop, and they wouldn't. UGH. I'm really fucking sick of cops---from any country.

       *Sigh* I'm already sick of this layout. The graphic is great but I just don't like the placement of the text area, or whatever it's called. I'll ... deal with it for a little while.

       Let's see I've been really depressed lately, so much so that I just wanted to give up on life. I didn't want to drag my boyfriend down with me, so I broke up with him. Not only because of that, but because of fears, doubts, and all sorts of things. He works at a super market which I can quickly get to by walking on the railroad tracks behind my house (well, apartment complex). It was dark, except for an orange glow coming from a nearby factory, and in complete movie-style I ran, ran to get my man back. The next day, despite the fact that I broke his heart, which I've hurt so many times before, he presented me with a dozen red roses. It was so unexpected---and maybe a little cliche, but they made me so so happy. See, he made sure they were red, because that's my favorite color. He also bought me chocolate. Again cliche. BUT he made sure it was Hershey's, because it's my favorite. Yep. I've got a good one on my hands, now I've just got to put my emotions aside and rationally deal with any troubles that come our way. *Sigh*

Subdomain?

Added cute little pics on the headers of Lauren, Writing and Contact.

       Lalala... I haven't written anything for NanoWriMo yet, because I'm addicted to the internet, and doing nothing. Oh well, I'll start tonight.

       I want a subdomain. I was thinking about hosting someone, but I do not pay for my web space, I use a free service, which is really slow, and come to find out, doesn't offer password protection for sub domains without an upgrade, and no thanks. ...That must've been a run on. lol. So anyway, since I want a sub domain I might make a new site for the domain... hmm. I just don't have any ideas.

Okay here's some randomness:
Breathing is uncomfortable due to all the Dominoes I just ate. Haha.
My sub pages don't get many hits, I'm pissed. I can't blame them considering I'm guilty of only reading people's blog, then maybe viewing a page or two.
I'm about to whip out my scanner and start messing around with it, because I love to do everything other than what I need to do (homework, clean my room, laundry, read, write). Maybe I'll get some art on here. Revision: My scanner didn't work... scanners and printers hate me.

NaNoWriMo

Changed the layout...some. lol

       So, I'm never satisfied with my layouts, or my site (or anything) for that matter. So I'm constantly tweaking things. This time it was a big tweak; I changed the red/yellow layout to what you see here. Somehow I ended up using red, green, and yellow on a layout again. I just love those colors.

       November is National Novel Writing Month. You sign up at www.NanoWriMo.org. As a participant you're supposed to write a novel. You're supposed to keep on writing, no matter how horrible you feel you are doing. The point isn't to create any magnificent, it's just to finish writing a novel. It's great because while not every part of the novel will be satisfactory, you'll come up with some great ideas along the way. This is perfect for me who always starts things but can never finish them. Notice how my poems all end awkwardly, lol. I hate endings... Oh how I hate them. Metaphor for life right there.

       Everyone who commented on the last entry, now archived, said that the layout looked yellow to them. So I looked at my layout on a couple different computer and damn is it yellow, lol. A little too yellow, but whatever. I might lighten it up if I decide to keep it for a while I dunno. On my computer though, it looked macaroni and cheese orangey-yellow. HAHA.

       My Halloween was so uneventful! Poop. I had the special "Halloween feeling" twice, for a 1/2 a second, and only because I forced myself to. I hung out with my best friend after school, she was dressed as Baby from Devil's rejects. I recommend it to all. Later, my boyfriend, a couple friends, and I watched Miss Congeniality...
